In January 2025, the Lehi real estate market showed mixed trends compared to the previous year. A total of 68 homes were sold, a slight decrease from 71 homes in January 2024. The average home price dropped to $614,407, down from $625,811 last year, while the median home price also saw a decline, settling at $525,000 compared to $545,000 in 2024.
Homes in Lehi spent an average of 47 days on the market, an improvement from the 51 days recorded in January 2024. The average size of homes sold was 2,803 square feet, down from 3,067 square feet a year prior. Interestingly, the average price per square foot increased to $226.80, up from $206.55, indicating a rise in demand for smaller, possibly more affordable homes.
The most expensive home sold this month was a stunning property priced at $1,533,726, featuring five bedrooms and 4.5 baths across 4,923 square feet on a .34-acre lot. Conversely, the least expensive home sold for $347,900, which included three bedrooms and two baths.
